I recently made this for brunch with friends. It was a huge hit! I've catered this recipe to include instructions for those on a stricter clean eating diet (Paleo / Whole30), if desired!
1 lb pork breakfast sausage
1/2 32 oz bag of frozen hash-browns, shredded (or 4 large potatoes, grated for Whole30)
1 t garlic powder
1 t onion powder
1 c milk (or egg whites for Whole30)
1 c shredded cheese, optional
