Chicken salad has become one of my go-to lunches while on Whole30. This version will not disappoint!
1/3 lb shredded chicken
1/4 c celery, diced
1/2 c red grapes
1/2 green apple, small, diced
1/8 c Paleo Friendly Mayo (I love Primal Kitchen!!!)
1/4 t tarragon
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Enjoy! (Can't get much more simple than that!)
