You are not going to miss the bun or cheese with all this flavor packed in each bite!!!
2 turkey burger patties (I recommend dark meat for increased flavor)
1 T olive oil
1 T minced garlic
2 large white mushrooms, sliced
3 c baby spinach leaves
Grill burger patties over medium-high flame. Meanwhile, heat oil in a medium-size skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic and mushrooms until browned. Add spinach to the skillet and cover. Allow spinach to wilt (~3-5 minutes). Place burgers on individual plates and top with spinach & mushrooms. Enjoy immediately.
