Makes 2.5 Cups
1 c chopped mango
1/2 c chopped pineapple
1 peach, pulsed in a food processor
1/2 c chopped strawberries
1/4 c chopped fresh mint
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Four ingredients and under four minutes and VOILA!...A delicious and junk-free salad dressing!
1/2 c strawberries, with stem removed
Juice of 1 lime
1 T honey (not required for Whole30, but would recommend additional strawberries to increase sweetness)
1/4 c olive oil

1 T Dijon Mustard
1/4 t Frank's Hot Sauce
1/2 t Dill Relish
1/2 t Paprika
1/2 t Cajun Seasoning (check ingredients for Whole30 compliance)
